1. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
A. TIME FRAME
– You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.
B. ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION PROCESS
1. Contact us promptly at [email protected] with the subject line
    “Order Cancellation/Modification Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
2. Provide Specific Details
For cancellation
– Simply state: “Please cancel my entire order #[number]”
– Reason (optional but helpful): e.g., “Changed my mind,” “Found better price,” etc.
For modification
– Current Items: List what you ordered
– Desired Changes: Be specific about what you want to change
3. Confirmation
Once processed, you’ll receive:
– Cancellation: Email confirmation + refund notification
– Modification: Updated order confirmation with new details and any price adjustments

After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
A. TIME FRAME AND GENERAL CONDITION
– 
Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
B. RETURN PROCESS

    “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
2. Specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
3. After approval, we will provide return instructions.
4. Send the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.
C. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Quality Guarantee
– All items are inspected before shipping
– If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide you a replacement or a refund

– Manufacturing flaws or damage
– Significant color and style difference from description on the website
– Missing items from your order

D. REFUND PROCESS
1. Order review: Once we receive and inspect the refund request, we will review the order and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 1-2 business days. 
2. Refund processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
3. Bank processing: It also takes additional 3-5 business days that is varied by bank/card issuer.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

E. NON – RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS 
Final Sale Items – Here’s Why
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, all bikinis and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This standard policy helps us maintain the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers.
Items included:
– All bikini tops and bottoms
– One-piece swimsuits
– Swim cover-ups classified as swimwear
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are also non-returnable. 
Important notes:
– Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please follow the return process outlined above.
– Condition of Returns: Returned items must meet the conditions stated above to qualify for a refund or exchange.
– Swimwear Policy: All bikinis and swimwear purchases are final. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY
A. TIME FRAME 
We offer exchanges for eligible items, excluding those listed as non-returnable above.
– Time Frame: Request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
– Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
B. EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: 
   “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
2. Provide details of the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item.
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you according to our standard fulfillment schedule. You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details.

4. SHIPPING COST
For Returns & Exchanges:
– If the return/exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
– If the return/exchange is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
