Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy below for details on cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation or Modifications
    • Time Frame: You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • How to Request:

    – Subject line: “Order Cancellation/Modification Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Important Note: After the 24-hour window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

  2. Exchange Policy
    We offer exchanges for eligible items, excluding non-returnable items (see section 4).
    • Time Frame: Request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Exchange Process:

    1. Email [email protected] with subject “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

    2. Provide details of the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement

    3. Once approved, we will send return instructions

    4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement
      • Shipping Costs:
      – If the exchange is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
      – If due to change of mind or wrong order, you cover return shipping.

  3. Return & Refund Policy
    • Time Frame: Initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Item Condition: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Return Process:

    1. Contact [email protected] with subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

    2. Include the item(s) and reason for return

    3. After approval, you’ll receive return instructions

    4. Send the item(s) back per instructions
      • Shipping Costs:
      – Our error: we cover return shipping
      – Change of mind: you cover return shipping
      • Refund Process:
      – After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
      – If approved, refund to original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and safety, these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Swimwear (bikinis, one-piece swimsuits)
    • Intimate apparel (underwear)
    • Personal use items (towels, beach mats)
    • Earrings and hair accessories
    • Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  5. Important Notes
    • Unauthorized returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
    • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
    • Returned items must meet the conditions above to qualify for refund or exchange.
