1. PRODUT INFORMATION
Hydashop specializes in beach and summer fashion, including:
– Dresses
– Bikinis
All items are lightweight fashion products, carefully packed and shipped in standard protective packaging.

2. SHIPPING LOCATION
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. SHIPPING RATES
We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all domestic orders, regardless of size or weight. We currently offer standard shipping only. Express options may be added in the future.

4. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, with the following estimated processing and delivery times:
– Order Processing: 1–2 business days
– Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing
Please note
– Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
– Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your shipping address.

5. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx… to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

6. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

– Tracking information may not update immediately until the carrier scans your package.
– If your tracking number hasn’t updated after a few days or if there are unexpected delays, please contact us and we will assist you.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

Hydashop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
– Incomplete or incorrect addresses
– Missing apartment or unit numbers
– Undeliverable locations
In such cases, delivery may be delayed or returned to the sender.
